Male genitalia: Plates with six setae laterally. Pygofer side pointed apically. Aedeagus with pair of terminal processes, branched, slightly flattened, curving dorsally; shaft expanding medially, ridged ventrally; gonopore apical.
Female genitalia: Ovipositor extending beyond pygofer at 1.5 times its width. Seventh sternum with round projection medially.
Distribution. China (Yunnan).
Etymology. The species name is derived from the type locality.
Remarks. This species is similar to H. prasinus but can be easily distinguished from the latter by having a pair of forked processes. It also resembles H. muzaffarabadensis Naveed & Zhang but can be distinguished by details of the shape of the aedeagal shaft especially at the apex, the shape of the subgenital plate, and number of macrosetae on the subgenital plate.
