62 Lasianthus tennisserimensis Napiroon et al. (2018:208) . Type: ― THAILAND. Petchaburi, Kaeng Krachan National Park, 23 October 2013, Tagane et al. T2090 (holotype BKF190194!).
T hailand: ―Only known from the type collection.
Distribution: ―Endemic to South-Western Thailand.
Ecology:― Lasianthus tennissarimensis has a small population in Kaeng Krachan semi-evergreen rain forest in Tennissarim in southwestern Thailand at elevations of 900‒ 960 m. This are is connected with Burma in the Indo- Malayan ecoregion.
Note: ― Lasianthus tennissarimensis is close to L. robinsonii . It differs from L. robinsonii by its obconical (not tubular) calyx, 5‒6 (not 8–9) pairs of lateral veins, and peduncle which is 2.5‒4 (not 5–10) cm long.
