Distribution: ―NE India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan), Thailand (Northern, North-Eastern), N Vietnam.
Ecology: ―Hill evergreen forest at an elevation of 1000‒1500 m. Flowering in September–October and fruiting in November–December.
Notes: ―In Thailand, L. lancifolius is found in high areas in the Northern and North-Eastern regions in montane natural forests.
