45. Lasianthus puberulus Craib (1933:24) View in CoL . Type: ― THAILAND. Trat, Khao Kuap , 24 October 1929, A. F. G. Kerr 17735 (holotype K000777013!; isotype BK257392 image!).
T hailand: ―Only known from the type collection.
Distribution: ―Endemic to Thailand (South-Eastern).
Ecology: ―Evergreen forest at an elevation of 1600 m. Flowering in December.
Notes: ― Lasianthus puberulus has conspicuous peduncles that are easily observed on the type specimens. Its stipules are persistent, triangular 1 mm long, the petioles are 5‒7 mm long and puberulous, the leaves are oblong-elliptic or lanceolate, 4‒10 × 2‒4 cm, with chartaceous blades, acuminate apex, cuneate or subrounded base, with 4‒5 pairs of secondary veins, inflorescence peduncles up to 1 cm long, drupes globose, 5‒6 mm diameter, puberulous, pyrenes 5.
