T hailand: —PENINSULAR. Nakhon Si Thammarat: Khao Luang National Park, 23 August 1995, K. Larsen, S. S. Larsen, C. Tange, R. Moran, T. Niyomdham & P. Puudjaa 45889 (AAU, BKF, PSU). Yala: Betong, 1 February 2015, M. Poopath, V. Chamchumroon, J. Wai, K. Khammongkol & S. Jirakorn 875 (BKF).

Distribution: — Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah), Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan), Thailand (Peninsular).

Ecology: —Moist evergreen forest in shaded places at an elevation of 100‒ 600 m. Flowering in August‒October and fuiting in November‒February.

Notes: ― Lasianthus perakensis is different from other species of Lasianthus by having 10 pyrenes in all drupes which is easily observed in the fruiting state when dried.
