Material examined: BR, MG, Serra do Cipó, Chapéu de Sol, 5 males, 21.xii.1974, C. G. Froehlich.
Remarks: The redescription and comments about this species can be found in Zwick (1972), Bispo & Froehlich (2004) and Novaes & Bispo (2014b). The adult males studied here have a forewing length of 10.7–12.0 mm. The penial armature agrees with the redescriptions of Zwick (1972) and Bispo & Froehlich (2008).
