A disjunctively distributed species that remains poorly studied within its known range between Western Wallacea and Northern Australia and the Western Pacific. An uncommon species in our study area, known for 11 harp trap captures within LFR and KFR. It has been previous reported as occurring on Buton ( Hutson et al., 2008e).
