Distribution. Korea, Japan.

Host plants. Quercus sp. [ Fagaceae ] in Korea ( Kumata et al. 1983; De Prins & De Prins 2006 –2023). Castanea crenata , Quercus acutissima , Q. aliena , Q. crispula , Q. mongolica subsp. crispula , Q. serrata , Q. variabilis [ Fagaceae ] in Japan ( Kumata 1963a, 1982; Sato et al. 2002; Ishida et al. 2004; De Prins & De Prins 2006 –2023).
