Material examined: none.

Remarks. The species was described from Congo français (H' Chari-Tchad) ( Moser 1913), and later was recorded for GBI ( Brivio 1958). Biological and other ecological data are not available for the species, but see general comments on the genus Coenochilus ( Serrano et al. 2020) .
