Distribution in Guinea-Bissau (Administrative Regions): 2) QUN.

Historic records: none.

Material examined: Buba Tombó (11º 39´04.93´´ N, 15º 01´02.47´´ W, 49m alt.) (QUN), 15-18.VII.2009, 2 ♂, CT, A. Serrano leg., ASC GoogleMaps .

Remarks. According to Allard (1985), it is a common species. Beinhundner (2015) listed all the Lophorrhina species and their general distribution, not reporting L. quinquelineata for GBI. Tchibozo et al. (2008), Touroult & Le Gall (2013) and Joly (2018) provided biodiversity information (abundance, habitat preference) of this species for BEN and GHA, respectively. It is a new genus/species record for Guinea-Bissau.
