Genus Aspilus Westwood, 1848

The genus was re-established by Rojkoff (2013). Provisionally, a total of sixteen species are recognized within Aspilus (e.g. Marais & Holm 1992; Schoolmeesters 2019), one of them recorded for Guinea-Bissau ( Brivio 1958).
