Type locality: India, Darjeeling
= Platytes paralellus (misspell.) ( Hampson 1895 [1896]: 945)
Distribution. Indian records: Darjeeling ( Zeller 1867b), Sikkim ( Snellen 1890), Sikkim, Khasis ( Hampson 1895 [1896]), NE India ( Robinson et al. 1994). Global records: Burma, Thailand, W. Malaysia ( Robinson et al. 1994).
