Global records: W. Africa, Abyssinia ( Hampson 1896b), Tanzania: Zanzibar ( de Joannis 1927), Dem. Rep. Congo ( Ghesquière 1942), Afrotropical. Cameroon, DR Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Réunion, South Africa, São Tomé & Principe, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mali ( Poltavsky et al. 2018).
