Parmarion flavescens: Keferstein 1866: 70 , pl. 2, figs 2–8 (Inhambane, Mozambique; length 35 mm – contracted).
A common eastern African species, with a general distribution from southern Tanzania to the Eastern Cape in South Africa. Found at two stations on Cabo Delgado. Differs from other continental species of the genus Elisolimax View in CoL , as well as from the preceding and the following species of the family, by the long, narrow diverticulum of the atrium with two large longitudinal folds inside.
