Genus Capedulia Smith Meyer, 1979 View in CoL
This genus resembles the genera Obdulia Pritchard & Baker , Larvacarus Baker & Pritchard and Obuloides Baker & Tuttle in the reduction of palpi ( Fig 1A View Figure 1 ). Capedulia and Obdulia are more closely related but the former differs from the latter in that setae c2 are present ( Fig 12 View Figure 12 );
3 pairs of prodorsal setae (v2, sc1, sc2), opisthosoma with 10 pairs of setae, comprising 3 pairs of dorsocentral (c1, d1, e1), 6 pairs of lateral (c3, d3, e3, f3, h2, h1) and one pair of sublateral setae (c2); leg tarsi with padlike claws; palp one-segmented ( Fig 1A View Figure 1 ). Ventral shields indistinct.
