Biology. Forest edge, shrublands. Adults occur in III–VII ( Dieckmann 1986). On Salicaceae : Salix alba , S. repens ( Hoffmann 1958; Dieckmann 1986); S. aurita , S. cinerea ( Hoffmann 1958; Smreczyński 1972; Dieckmann 1986); S. caprea ( Dieckmann 1986) .
