( Figs 28–33 View FIGURES 28‒33 )

Diagnosis. Forewing Rs short, R2+3 long, unbranched, R4+5 branched, with three veins. M six-branched, M6 with three branches, the nearest to the areola postica joined to it. Hindwing Rs three-branched, M three branched, M3 forked. Mesal endophallic sclerites large, semicircular, each with two long, slender, sclerotized acuminate processes, directed outward-posteriorly, the anterior ones inverted U-shaped. Posterior pair of endophallic sclerites stout, wider anteriorly, curved, distal two-thirds straight, directed posteriorly, blunt ended. Similar to G. chiquihuitensis (see diagnosis of this species above), and to G. guatemalensis Casasola González & García Aldrete , from which it differs by the shape of the mesal and posterior endophallic sclerites ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 28‒33 ).

Color (in 80% ethanol). Body brown, with pale spots. Head brown ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 28‒33 ), pigmented bands on frons as illustrated, enclosing the ocellar triangle, striae of postclypeus ochre; genae, anteclypeus and labrum with ochre spots, mandibles dark brown. Compound eyes black, ocelli hyaline, with ochre centripetal crescents. Maxillary palps and antennae pale brown. Thorax brown, pronotum brown, with cream spots; tergal lobes of meso- and metathorax brown with dark brown spots, pleura pale brown, with ochre spots. Legs pale brown, coxae and apices of tibiae dark brown. Forewings ( Fig. 28 View FIGURES 28‒33 ), almost hyaline, pterostigma with hyaline area in the middle; veins brown. Hindwings ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 28‒33 ) hyaline, veins pale brown. Abdomen with tergum and anterior sternites ochre, other sternites cream. Clunium brown, with sides ochre. Epiproct, paraprocts and hypandrium brown. Phallosome with endophallic sclerites, side struts and aedeagal arch brown.

Phallosome ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 28‒33 ) anteriorly concave in the middle, side struts slender, straight, slightly dilated anteriorly; aedeagal arch with rounded apex, with short apical process; external parameres well developed, membranous, joined to the side struts, wide, rounded posteriorly, bearing pores. Endophallic sclerites ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 28‒33 ). Paraprocts ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 28‒33 ), oval, with setae and macrosetae on distal field; sensory fields large, with 44 trichobothria on basal rosettes.
