DISTRIBUTION. Endemic to Iran.
DISTRIBUTION IN IRAN. Fig. 83 View FIGURES 80–85. 80 . Eastern part of the Hyrcanian forest in the Golestan Prov.
HABITAT. Tree trunks and forest floor.
REMARKS. A member of the D. chlorogaster species complex, a sister species to a clade formed by D. chlorogaster and D. caspica ( Ahmadzadeh et al. 2013a).
