Distribution in Iran. Sistan & Baluchestan ( Hedwig 1957 as Euphorus pseudomitis under the subfamily Euphorinae ; Sedighi and Madjdzadeh 2015 as Leiophron pseudomitis under Euphorinae ), Iran (no specific locality) ( Fallahzadeh and Saghaei 2010 as Leiophron pseudomitis under Euphorinae ).

Distribution outside Iran. Afghanistan ( Hedwig 1957 as Euphorus pseudomitis ; Yu et al. 2012 as Leiophron pseudomitis both under the subfamily Euphorinae ).

Note by van Achterberg. Euphorus pseudomitis Hedwig, 1957 , from Iran (Stuttgart Museum; examined) does not belong to the subfamily Euphorinae . It is a species of the genus Hormisca Telenga, 1942 and forms there a new combination.
