Diagnosis. Mandibles black with apex yellowish-brown, with a large tooth at apex and with a row of small teeth above large tooth (as in Fig. 111 View FIGURES 103–112 ); flagellum dark brown, 0.9× as long as width of mesoscutum, F4 0.7× as long as wide, apex of clava pointed ( Figs 18 View FIGURES 13–18 , 70 View FIGURES 65–70 ); frons between scrobes and eyes and vertex with strong reticulation ( Figs 92 View FIGURES 92–102 , 109 View FIGURES 103–112 ); occipital margin ±rounded ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 92–102 ); mesoscutum and mesoscutellum with same colour and reticulation ( Fig. 44 View FIGURES 44–50 ); mesoscutellum convex; dorsellum flat, smooth and shiny, posterior margin ±evenly rounded with postero-median part slightly protruding with a few small dents; fore wing with seven setae in apico-dorsal part of costal cell, completely hyaline ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 13–18 ); fore and mid coxae black with metallic green tinges ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 13–18 ); gaster ( Fig. 44 View FIGURES 44–50 ) 2.1× as long as wide; Gt 1 0.4× as long as length of gaster, dorsal surface smooth, posterior margin straight; Gt 6 0.1× as long as length of gaster with anterior part 2.1× as wide as width of posterior part, posterior margin straight with sharp edge.

Description (female holotype). Length 2.0 mm. Frons between scrobes and eyes and vertex with strong reticulation, scrobes smooth. Mandibles with a large tooth at apex and with a row of small teeth above large tooth. Occipital margin without edge or carina. Dorsellum flat, smooth and shiny, posterior margin ±evenly rounded with postero-median part slightly protruding with a few small dents. Propodeal callus with 12 setae. Fore wing with seven setae on dorsal surface of submarginal vein; with 16 admarginal setae; costal cell with 24 setae on ventral surface, partly in two rows, apico-dorsal margin with seven setae; speculum distinct and closed below. Gaster long ovate; Gt 1 smooth and shiny without sculpture, remaining tergites with weak reticulation; Gt 1 and Gt 6 with posterior margin straight.

Colour. Head metallic green to greenish-blue, scrobes black. Mandibles black with apex yellowish-brown. Antennae with scape yellowish-brown with apex brown, pedicel and flagellum dark brown. Mesosoma black with metallic green tinges. Legs with coxae black with metallic green tinges, trochanters and femora dark brown, tibiae and tarsi yellowish-brown, T4 dark brown. Gaster black with metallic tinges.

Etymology. Named in honor of Didier Rubí, one of the collectors of the holotype.
