Body length: 5.5 male, 5.0–5.5 female.
Description: Vertex with 5 pale yellowish marks on anterior half above eyes (3 at margin form rectangle shape, 2 lateral of whitish median line), and 4 on posterior half below eyes touching posterior margin. Mesonotum with 6 whitish marks (4 medially and 2 small laterally). Scutellum with 3 whitish marks at its corners. Forewing without regular white spots at both claval margins ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 1). Frontoclypeus width 1.5 times of gena width directly below eyes. Lorum slightly separated from genal margin ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 3). Pronotum with posterior margin concave ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 2). Forewing without regular white spots at both claval margins ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 1).
Male genitalia: Anal tube as long as pygofer in lateral view. Pygofer pale yellow, with large dark brown lateral areas, Pygofer with dense tufts of moderate setae, side lobes narrow, with sclerified middle and lateral processes, without membranous area ( Gnezdilov 2020, Figs 5, 8 View FIGURES 5–18 ). Subgenital plate triangular, elongated, with uniseriate row of macrosetae laterally, and with scattered macrosetae at apical half ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 6). Style without preapical lobe ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 12). Aedeagus strongly curved, with a wide and straight apex in lateral view ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 9).
Female genitalia: Female 7 th sternite with hind margin deeply concave, with tooth-shaped at middle toward apically ( Gnezdilov 2020, Figs 4 View FIGURES 1–4 , 13 View FIGURES 5–18 ).
Distribution. Madagascar ( Gnezdilov 2020)
Diagnosis. This species is similar to P. juwayriyae sp. n. but can be easily distinguished by the following characters: vertex pale yellowish with 9 marks; forewing without regular white spots at both claval margins ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 1); pygofer with dense tufts of moderate setae, with sclerified middle and lateral processes ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 5); aedeagus strongly curved, with wide and straight apex in lateral view ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 9); female 7 th sternite with hind margin deeply concave, with tooth-shaped at middle toward apically ( Gnezdilov 2020, Fig, 4, 13).
