Distribution by States in the Northeast Region of Brazil. Rio Grande do Norte; Pernambuco.
Species from the Northeast Region of Brazil. Nephaspis cocois Gordon, 1972 .
Comments. There are 46 species of Nephaspis distributed throughout the New World; 27 occur in South America, with sixteen in Brazil ( Gordon 1996b; González 2009). The record of this genus for NE Brazil is only due to Nephaspis cocois Gordon, 1972 ( Gordon 1996b).
