Lectotype. Portugal. Jardim Botânico da Universidade de Coimbra: 1♀ III/1950 (no collector on label), on slide ( NHMD 212484 ).

Current status: Junior synonym of Acerentulus confinis (Berlese, 1908) ( Tuxen 1963) .

Additional notes: Lectotype designated by Tuxen (1964).
