Subgenus Newportia Gervais, 1847

Diagnosis. Anterior margin of forcipular coxosternite straight, tarsungula overlapping each other when adducted. Tarsus II of the terminal legs is clearly divided into distinct articles and without claw-shaped pretarsus ( Schileyko et al. 2020).
