Specimens examined. 2 ♀, Asir, Maraba, Al-Hudaithy Fruit Farm , 22. iv. 2013, Malaise trap, H.A. Dawah ( CERS; NMWC) ; 1 ♀, same data but, 1–17. vi. 2003 ( NMWC) .
Distribution. This is the first record from Saudi Arabia and Arabian Peninsula. It was described from Zimbabwe. It is widespread in West Africa to east Africa and southern Africa ( Kenia, Liberia and South Africa), Madagascar.
