Asiatic Arrowtooth or Kamchatka Flounder. To 110 cm (44 in) TL (Mecklenburg et al. 2002). Sea of Okhotsk and northern Sea of Japan to Gulf of Anadyr, western Bering Sea ( Lindberg and Fedorov 1993), to eastern Bering Sea, Aleutian Islands, and south-western Gulf of Alaska ( Zimmermann and Goddard 1996), to off Davenport, central California (about 37°01’N, 122°12’W) ( Lea 2013). Benthic; depth: 25– 1,200 m (83–3,936 ft) (Mecklenburg et al. 2002). Records from the Chukchi Sea are in error ( Mecklenburg and Steinke 2015).
