Fishtrap Snailfish. To 31.8 cm (12.5 in) SL. Southern California to northern Baja California. Depth: 900–1,280 m (2,953 –4,199 ft). All in Stein and Fitch (1984). Vernacular coined by David Stein ( Love et al. 2005).
