Specimens examined. Cape Verde (Insel São Tiago, São Jorge), 1 female and 1 male, August/ September 1983, A. van Harten ( SMF). Distribution. China (Guangdong), India, Cape Verde. Remarks. Tong and Zhang (1989) recorded the species from Guangdong, China for the first time as H. graminis Ananthakrishnan View in CoL just with simple information of distribution. Unfortunately, there are no slides of this species in our collection. One female and one male from Cape Verde on loan from SMF are examined instead .
