Examined material. BRAZIL: Pernambuco , Bonito, Cachoeira Véu da Noiva , 24.iii.2015, UV Light Pan Trap , Calor, A.R.; Dias, E. & Campos, R., 2 males (alcohol; UFBA) .
Distribution. Brazil (Bahia, Pernambuco).
Remarks. This species belongs to the A. (Atopsaura) longipennis Group. The specimens studied are similar to those of the original description, except that our specimens here recorded from Pernambuco State, Brazil, have parapods each with a serrate apicodorsal margin and an apicoventral projection.
