Diagnosis. Head yellow with black marking in the interocellar area and a large part of the occiput ( Figs 99–101 View FIGURES 99–104 ); mesopleuron with central area striate anteriorly ( Fig. 100 View FIGURES 99–104 ); mesoscutellum completely punctate, with separate yellow stripes ( Fig. 102 View FIGURES 99–104 ); propodeum rugose-punctate with lateromedial carinae projecting into the superomedial region ( Fig. 103 View FIGURES 99–104 ); posterior coxa with brown mark on the dorsal part ( Figs 99–100 View FIGURES 99–104 ); fore wing with vein 3 rs -m present ( Fig. 104 View FIGURES 99–104 ) (Costa Lima, 1953).

New World geographical distribution. Brazil (Minas Gerais, S„o Paulo); Colombia (Caquetá *) ( Onody et al. 2012, Yu et al. 2016; Fernandes et al. 2023). ( Fig. 105 View FIGURE 105 ).
Habitat. The specimens were collected with a Malaise and suspendable type flight intersection trap at ground level and canopy in secondary forest and sugarcane ( Saccharum officinarum ) cultivation. The vegetation of the collection site corresponds to forests of the Andean-Amazonian foothills and Amazonian lowlands.
