Current status: Guimaraesiella (Cicchinella) sehri ( Ansari, 1955e) ; Gustafsson & Bush 2017: 217, 222, 352, 358, 385, 426; Gustafsson et al. 2019b: 453, 455, 495, figs 1–7.

Type host: Trochalopteron lineatum griscenter (Harert) [sic] = Trochalopteron lineatum lineatum (Vigors) .

Type locality: Kullu [as Kulu] India .

Type material: Holotype male and allotype female [slide NHML 010709087] deposited in the NHML, but not labelled as such. This slide bears one male and one female with labels reading “ Bruelia ” with a “ T ” in red ink and “Sehri”, plus the host genus name and the same collecting data given by Ansari (1956g: 143). On the reverse of this slide, another label reads “ Bruelia sehri Ansari, 1955 ” /“(? Paratypes ”). Ansari (1956g: 143) designated a holotype male and an allotype female only, without any paratype. The logical conclusion is that the male and female on slide NHML 010709087 are the holotype and the allotype respectively, a conclusion also reached by Gustafsson et al. (2019b: 455).
