Type host: Turdus nudigenis nudigenis Lafresnaye.
Type locality: Heights of Aripo , Trinidad Island, Trinidad & Tobago .
Type material: Holotype male [slide 56539] and one paratype female [slide 5142] deposited in the USNM, both from the Carriker collection. The allotype female is missing and presumed lost.
