Current status: Myrsidea bakttitar ( Ansari, 1951) ; Klockenhoff 1973: 405, figs 7–9.
Type host: Pterocles exustus erlangeri Neumann [in error], it should be Corvus splendens .
Type locality: Faisalabad [as Lyallpur, Punjab], Pakistan .
Type material: Holotype female (labelled as “ TYPE ”) and allotype male deposited in the NHML [slide NHML 010661419]. On the reverse of the type slide, another label reads: “= Myrsidea bakttitar ( Ansari, 1951) Host : Corvus splendens . See Klockenhoff, 1973: 405 ”.
