Argentinian distribution: Buenos Aires.

Ecology: This species was found in a semi-permanent environment. It was recorded at 25 °C, with neutral to alkaline waters (pH: 7.8–8.6), electrical conductivity values ranging from 1580 to 2010 μS/cm, and dissolved oxygen values between 6.4 and 11.4 mg /l.
