Sphenomorphus mertensi DAREVSKY (1964: 80)

Paratypes: ZISP 17597.1–2 (two adult specimens), “ Padar Island in the Lesser Sundas Archipelago ” [ Padar Island , West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tengarra, Indonesia]. Leg.: I.S. Darevsky, 8.VIII.1962.

Present name: Eremiascincus emigrans emigrans (Lidth de Jeude, 1895) fide Auffenberg (1980; specific status) and Mecke et al. (2009; generic identity).

Remarks: The holotype is MZB Lace. 975 from the same locality ( Iskandar & Mumpuni 2002).
