DIAGNOSIS. Female (length about 1.6-1.7mm): scape dark brown; flagellum dark brown; fore femur dark brown, fore tibia brown with orange apices, mid femur proximally white, apex dark brown, tibia proximally dark brown, apex pale yellow; fore wing with apical area generally hyaline; paired hyaline spots at apex of venation separated by about 3X length of marginal vein; a hyaline spot present in middle of wing below marginal vein; head about 4.4X as wide as frontovertex; occipital margin with a bristle-like seta behind posterior ocellus; mandible with 1 tooth and a broad truncation; an inconspicuous line of silvery setae adjacent to eye above scrobe; scape about 3.5X as long as broad; funicle segments subcylindrical, all at least 1.5X as long as broad, linear sensilla present on all segments; flagellum slightly longer than head width; apex of scutellum with a pair of bristle-like setae; costal cell of fore wing ventrally with 2 lines of setae proximally, a single line of setae in distal half; postmarginal vein much shorter than stigmal vein; linea calva

interrupted by a single seta; hind tibia may have a strong subbasal constriction. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 1.60mm; excluding ovipositor, 1.57mm (CPD).

Head dark brown to black with a distinct metallic lustre; frontovertex metallic blue-green mixed with violet and some brassy reflections; area above scrobes deep violet separated from coppery area at top of scrobes by a narrow, metallic dark blue line; lower scrobes and interantennal prominence metallic blue-green and dark green with some coppery reflections; mouth margin orange-brown; area between eye and scrobe mixed brassy, and metallic blue-green, green and violet; temple mixed metallic blue-green, dark blue, coppery and brassy; gena relatively dull dark green, coppery purple and brassy; frontovertex with a few, fairly inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; an inconspicuous line of translucent silvery setae between eye and scrobe extending to position of malar sulcus; gena and interantennal prominence with scattered, moderately conspicuous, translucent, silvery setae; maxillary palpus white with terminal segment very pale orange; radicle pale orange, with a dark brown apical ring; scape, pedicel and flagellum dark brown; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum mainly with a dark blue and violet sheen, posterior margin coppery purple; mesoscutum mostly shining, but relatively dull, dark, metallic blue-green with violet reflections, narrowly margined coppery purple laterally and posteriorly; tegula dark brown with a weak coppery purple and brassy sheen; axilla dark brown with a very dull brassy and coppery purple sheen; scutellum mostly dark, metallic dark green, ridges of reticulations dark blue, side shining dark blue-green and green, apex violet; mesopleuron anteriorly with a moderate violet, brassy and dark blue sheen, medially dark green and brassy, posteriorly coppery purple; all coxae dark brown; fore femur brown, tibia largely pale orange, but proximal 0.7X with a broad, incomplete, brown subbasal ring, tarsus slightly dusky pale orange; mid femur with proximal 0.4X white, tibia with proximal 0.7X brown and apex very pale yellow, spur and tarsus very pale yellow; hind femur and tibia dark brown, extreme apex of tibia white dorsally, tarsus white; fore wing with a pattern of hyaline and infuscate areas as in Fig. 111; propodeum dark brown with a weak brassy and purple sheen, side with a metallic blue-green and green sheen mixed copper; gaster dark purple-brown, dorsally with a coppery purple sheen, Gt1 proximally with a weak metallic violet and dark blue sheen, side and venter with coppery, blue, brassy and green reflections; gonostylus dark brown.

Head about 4.4X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.5X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 70° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, weakly carinate, hardly emarginate medially, with an inconspicuous, elongate seta present behind each posterior ocellus, seta about 0.5X as long a width of frontovertex across posterior ocelli; a short, oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 80°; frontovertex strongly narrowing anteriorly, shiny; ocellar area (as in Fig, 107) with relatively deep, fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size slightly less than diameter of eye facet, area between anterior ocellus and top of scrobes with conspicuously shallower sculpture, virtually smooth anteriorly; temple and gena with relatively shallow, longitudinally elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with shallow, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture, above torulus almost completely smooth and shiny, elsewhere with shallow sculpture; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with shallow, relatively fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture; antenna as in Fig. 108; scape slightly broadened and flattened, about 3.5X as long as broad; all funicle segments at least about 1.5X as long as broad, F1 longest, about 2X as long as broad, segments slightly broader distad, linear sensilla present on all funicle segments; clava a little shorter than funicle, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a rounded appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with short, very inconspicuous setae, each clearly shorter than diameter of facet; clypeal margin medially virtually straight; mandible with one tooth and a broad truncation. Relative measurements: HW 84, HH 63, FV 19, POL 12, OOL 1.5, OCL 9, AOL 10, EL 40, EW 43, MS 35, SL 39, SW 11.
