1. Body generally dull metallic green; frontovertex about one-third head width with piliferous punctures shallow, relatively indistinct and generally separated by more than their own diameters; ocelli forming an angle of about 90°; fore wing (Fig. 1253) with parastigma clearly downcurved and swollen, triangular ....................... .......................................................................................... monos sp.nov. - Body largely orange-brown with a slight metallic sheen, frontovertex usually with a relatively strong metallic green and purple sheen; frontovertex (Fig. 1260) less than one-quarter head width with piliferous punctures conspicuous, generally separated by less than their own diameters giving it an appearance like the surface of a thimble; ocelli forming an angle of less than 60°; fore wing (Fig. 1255) with parastigma not downcurved and hardly swollen ............ themisto sp.nov.
