This is an updated, more comprehensive key than that pub-lished in Elliott et al. (2019), and thus, should be referred to when possible. In addition, we recommend also consulting Tables 1 View Table 1 and 2 View Table 2 when identifying specimens to help clarify ambiguities in characters.
