Type specimen: male; type locality: Borisovka River, Primorskii Krai, Russian Far East ; location of type specimen: Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences , St Petersburg ( ZIN) .

Redescription. Male. Head with fastigium of vertex divided by two round tubercles, slightly separated at apex ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Legs long and slender, but somewhat shorter relative to species in other genera of this subfamily. Fore femur about 1.3–1.5 times as long as the pronotum, beneath unarmed, internal knee lobe without spine, external knee lobe with 1 long movable spur; fore tibiae beneath with 1 internal and 1 external spur, between the paired apical spurs with a median spine ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Mid femur with 1 movable spur on the internal and external knee lobe respectively; mid tibiae beneath with 1 internal and 1 external spur, also with a median spine between the paired apical spurs ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Hind femur unarmed beneath, hind tibiae above with 48–54 internal and external spines respectively; super internal apical spur of hind tibiae not exceeding apex of hind metatarsus ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Hind metatarsus with bristles beneath. Epiproct almost triangular, apex raised ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Pseudosternite of male genitalia nearly rectangular, its height about two times long as width ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1–11 ).

Female. Subgenital plate nearly triangular, the lateral margin almost parallel near base ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Ovipositor sickle shaped, apex serrated, slightly longer than fore femur ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 1–11 ).

Coloration. Face without obvious longitudinal stripes ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–11 ). Body and legs uniformly colored, without obvious stripes. The entire body black, pronotum, mesonotum and metanotum shining, abdominal tergum somewhat haired. Legs darkish brown ( Figs. 10–11 View FIGURES 1–11 ).

Measurements (in mm). Length of body 10.0–12.0; length of pronotum 4.5–5.0; length of fore femur 6.0–7.0; length of hind femur 12.0–13.0; length of hind tibiae 12.0–13.0; length of ovipositor 7.5–8.0.

Material examined. 4♂♂ 7♀♀ (adult), 4♂♂ 6♀♀ (nymphs), China, Jilin, Fusong county, Changbaishan, Naitoushanxi , alt. 760–830m, 20-VIII-2019, leg. Xianwei LIU, Weibing ZHU, Hanqiang WANG & Yanyan QIN .

Distribution. Russia Far East; Japan; Korea; China (Jilin).
