Basionym : Ascolepis trigona Goetgh. ( Goetghebeur 1980: 286) , non Cyperus trigonus Boeckeler (1888: 11) . Type:— ZAMBIA. 10 km East of Kasama, 12 January 1961, E.A. Robinson 4253 (holotype SRGH!, isotypes BR!, K, M!, P, PRE!).
