Material examined. Holotype: Off Doelah , Moluccas, Indonesia 50 m, 1.IV. 1922, 60 mm length ( ZMUC – HOL 256 View Materials ).

Redescription. Body U–shaped; tube feet restricted to radii in double rows ( Fig. 10a View FIGURE 10 ). Color, in ethanol, beige. 20 dendritic tentacles arranged in 2 circles (10 + 10): 10 in outer circle and 10 smaller in inner circle ( Fig. 10b View FIGURE 10 ). Two Polian vesicles ( Fig. 10c View FIGURE 10 ). Radial and interradial plates of calcareous ring fused. Radial plates subdivided, rectangular, with posterior projection and 2 AP ( Fig. 10d View FIGURE 10 ). Interradial plates arrow shaped. Radial and interradial plates lacking posterior processes ( Fig. 10d View FIGURE 10 ). Body wall ossicles as rods, stellate at one end (with about six projections) and twelve at the other end ( Fig. 10e View FIGURE 10 ). Tube feet with two–pillared tables, arched disc, and end plate.

Remarks. The opportunity of examining the holotype is taken to provide a photograph of the general aspect of the body ( Fig. 10a View FIGURE 10 ) and calcareous ring ( Fig. 10c View FIGURE 10 ).
