M a t e r i a l: Laos, Hua Phan Prov., Ban Saleui, Phon-Pan-Mt., 20°13´30´´N 103°59´26´´E, 1350- 1900 m, 1♀ 4.VII.2012, leg. C. Holzschuh & natives.
D e s c r i p t i o n of ♀: Body length 19 mm. Flagella with more than 37 segments (tips broken off), slightly lanceolate. First flagellomeres length 2.7x width, widest flagellomeres c.1.8x wider than long. Temples slightly and roundly narrowed behind eyes. Area superomedia not elevated, finely rugose, heart-shaped, costulae far caudal to its middle, frontal carina obsolete. Hind coxae without scopa. Hind femora length 3.6x width. Postpetiole moderately widened, its lateral fields c.0.75x as wide as the median one, the latter aciculate. 2 nd tergite length 0.9x width. Thyridia c.1.1x wider than their interval. Interval about as wide as the median field of postpetiole.
Color: black. Ivory are stripes on flagellomeres 7-16, palps, bases of mandibles, sides of clypeus, wide orbits (only interrupted on malar spaces and upper outer orbits), collare, basal and upper margins of pronotum, two short longitudinal stripes on mesoscutum, subtegular ridges, spots on tegulae, scutellum and postscutellum completely, wide stripes on ventral mesopleura, carinal triangles, areae dentiparae, anterior spots on areae spiraculiferae, posterolateral spots on 1 st and 2 nd tergites, fore and middle coxae and trochanters, dorsal spots on hind coxae, apical stripes on fore and middle femora, wide subbasal rings on hind femora, frontal stripes and subbasal rings on fore and middle tibiae, wide subbasal rings on hind tibiae, and all tarsi (except small dark spots on fore and middle tarsi). Pterostigma black.
