Holotype (6884): 1 ♂, Brazil, São Paulo, Atibaia, from leaves of Coffea arabica L. ( Rubiaceae ), 7.IV.2006, coll. J.L.C. Mineiro.
Paratypes (6884): 2 ♀, 2 ♂, same data as holotype .
