Type locality. Mozambique (Inhambane) ( Minelli et al. 2006) .

General distribution. South Tropical Africa: Angola (AO), Mozambique ( MZ); Southern Africa: South Africa (ZA); Asia Tropical: Bangladesh ( BD), Bhutan ( BT) ( Lewis 2001a; Minelli et al. 2006).
