Diagnosis: Characteristic of the genus, distinguished from the next species by the lack of white marks on the forewing and by the genitalia of both sexes. Superficially displays some resemblance to Phycitinae.
Life history: Unknown.
Distribution: Kenya, Uganda, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa.
