( Figs 14 View FIGURE 14 a–b)
Diagnosis. A predominantly black species with metasoma testaceous from third tergite to apex, otherwise characterized by the strigose microsculpture of mesopleuron.
Description. FEMALE (4 specimens). Fore wing length 2.3–3.3 mm.
Head. Temples short, regularly rounded, head slightly constricted behind eyes; occipital carina complete; vertex smooth with some punctures; ocellar triangle equilateral, OOi = 1.2, IOi = 0.9; frons almost smooth with sparse punctuation and hairs; face moderately and regularly punctate with a central protuberance and fine silver adpressed hairs; clypeus transverse (Ci = 2), slightly convex, almost smooth and bordered basally by a row of fine long erected hairs; sub-ocular sulcus impressed, granulate; MLMi = 1; mandible with lower tooth 0.8x as long as upper; flagellum with 19–20 flagellomeres, gradually enlarging from first to 13th, 13th twice broader than first; last flagellomeres slightly thinner; FLi1 = Fli 2 = 6, FLi13 = 1.7.
Mesosoma. Pronotum shining, longitudinally strigose, postero-dorsal edge smooth with sparse puncture; transverse sulcus crossed by a weak medio-dorsal ridge; mesopleuron shining with ventral half longitudinally strigose and dorsal half moderately punctate, speculum smooth; mesoscutum finely and densely punctate granulate anteriorly, longitudinally strigose posteriorly, with moderately dense adpressed pilosity; notauli anteriorly deep and hardly discernable beyond middle of mesoscutum; mesoscutum sometimes marked with a weak and thin mediolongitudinal furrow; scuto-scutellar groove deep with longitudinal striation; scutellum convex, shining, with sparse punctuation; propodeum rugose, with posterior lateral area longitudinally strigose, transverse carina strong, longitudinal carinae slightly weaker but distinct, area superomedia hexagonal and strigose, area petiolaris wide and transversely wrinkled. Hind wind with 1/Cu & cu-a inclivous, cu-a 0.3x as long as 1/Cu.
Metasoma. Tergite I aciculate, its apical margin smooth, tergite II with fine aciculation in its middle, 1.7x wider at apex than long; the following tergites polished with sparse hairs; OTi = 1, ovipositor with ventral apical teeth and a small but distinct nodus.
Color. Head black with mouthparts yellowish, clypeus rufo-testaceous (sometimes basally black), scape, pedicel and ventral face of first flagellomere orange, flagellum progressively dark brown toward apex; mesosoma black with sometimes orange spots on posterior pronotal edge, antero-lateral margin of mesoscutum, subalar proeminence and middle of sternaulus; metasomal tergite I and a variable anterior part of tergite II black, the remaining tergites testaceous; legs yellow with coxae and trochanters more whitish, dorsal margin of hind femur, tibia and tarsus slightly infuscate; wings hyaline, stigma and veins brown.
MALE (1 specimen). Fore wing length 2.6 mm. Similar to female but microsculpture of mesopleuron weaker.
