Distribution. China, Japan (Ryukyu Islands), Philippines (Luzon), Vietnam, Taiwan.
Systematic notes: An easily identifiable species, due to detailed redescriptions by Habu (1961, 1967). It was listed from the Philippines by Habu (1967), upon some specimens from Luzon Is. We have not seen material of this species from the Philippines.
