Medium-sized (approximately 30 mm wingspan) moths, usually with brightly colored, patterned wings. They have an unusual resting posture, with the wings rolled and held out from the body. Th is is a small group of primarily tropical moths, with 16 species in three genera in North America, one of which reaches AB. Most feed on sumacs and poison-ivy ( Rhus spp.).
