Material examined. Bell Co., Shillalah Creek, 8 June 2010, M. Floyd, 1♂, 29♀ (DCTC).

Comments. The presence of this headwater Appalachian species in eastern Kentucky was not surprising. Shillalah Creek drains Brush Mountain in the far southeastern portion of the state.
