Col des Nuages, près Tourane [= Vietnam. border of Da Nang and Thua Thien-Hue, Hai Van Pass , near Da Nang], 9.IX.1923, Poilane 7844 (lecto-, P, first-step designated by Nguyen [1996: 70]; P [ P00721674 ]!, second-step designated here View Materials ; isolecto-, P [ P00721675 , P00721676 ]!; VNM [ VNM00015345 View Materials , VNM00015346 View Materials ]!) .

NOTES

Lecomte (1928a: 116) cited Poilane 7844 from “ Annam: Tourane, Col des Nuages” as the original gathering. Nguyen (1996: 70) cited “Type: Poilane 4512 – P (holo)” which effectively lectotypified the collection at P. Three sheets of the cited collection have been located at P, among which the specimen P00721674, the best preserved and bearing a detailed label and Lecomte’s determination, is designated here as the lectotype.
